Our motto in First Friends (Youth Group for Preschool and Kindergarteners) is “Church friends make the best friends!”

First Friends encourages connections from an early age; they are their own little cohort!  First Friends activities are developmentally appropriate and answer some "big questions" kids this age have about God.

This year, we have gone on a church-wide scavenger hunt to talk about things we are thankful for. We have traced our bodies and colored them to remind us that God loves our whole self. We had a glow-stick dance party to illustrate that we carry Jesus’ light with us.

And mostly, we have wiggled, and run, and giggled.
